Wear Ease wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our full Return Policy below carefully before you make a purchase decision or would like to make a return or an exchange. Please call us if you have trouble with sizing. 866-251-0076

General Policy

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 20 days of receipt. Return of goods must be received within 30 days from initial receipt. Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before refund or exchanges are issued.
    • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for garments that have been soiled, altered, washed, worn or damaged.
    • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for garments that smell of smoke, perfume, lotions, laundry detergent or exhibit traces of pet or human skin, hair or other residue.
  • Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn or unused condition.
  • There are no restocking fees for exchanges due to size.
  • If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size, you will not be charged shipping costs. 
  • Returned items for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the return is accepted.
  • Shipping is non-refundable

Please read before trying on a garment.

    Due to health reasons, special care needs to be taken when trying on our garments. When trying on a garment, please make sure you do not have any lotion, wounds or open areas on your skin. We recommend trying on garments after showering and before putting on deodorant, lotions, makeup, etc.
    Please note: All returns are subject to inspection before refund or exchanges are issued. Refund or exchanges will not be issued for garments that have been:

    • Soiled (including but not limited to: deodorant stains, makeup stains, etc.)
    • Altered
    • Worn
    • Damaged
    • Washed
    • Emit odors (including, but not limited to, detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke, or food)
    • Indicate that they have come into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander).

    To return a garment 

    All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) & Return Sheet. To obtain a RA# & Return Sheet, please contact the Customer Service Team at 1-866-251-0076 or email mari@wearease.com

    When a RA# & Return Sheet has been obtained, ship the item(s) back to Wear Ease via the carrier of your choice (tracking number recommended for the shipment) Unfortunately we will be unable to process any returns which are not accompanied with an RA#.
